It might make a person feel numb, unable to cope, disconnected from family and friends and less hopeful about the future. We always strive to support anyone who may feel any of these emotions. Everyone with a mental health problem has the right to access the care and services they need and we believe you should be treated fairly, positively and with respect.

There are many different types of mental health problems that are common including; anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, bipolar disorder and many more.
